Perth, 16 August 2022 – The 14th of August 2022 marks the six-year business anniversary of in2Dredging Pty Ltd (i2D), an independent dredging consultancy backed by multi-disciplinary peers, cutting-edge academic knowledge, extensive field expertise, specialised off-the-shelf tools and an ISO certified management system.
Six years on, the company has successfully completed close to 100 projects for some 50 local and international organisations of all sizes, including miners, port authorities and operators, renewable energy clients, governments, contractors, suppliers and consultancies.
“While we’re not huge by any means, we’re experts in a niche dredging market, striving to deliver quality and cost-effective solutions to our clients on time, whether they be owners, contractors, consultants or suppliers”, says Simon Burgmans, Director and Founder of in2Dredging. “I’m very proud of what we have achieved with our subconsultants and hope that we will continue to make great strides together. In the past five years, i2D has expanded its team of dredging professionals and its capabilities based on a solid foundation of academic knowledge combined with extensive field expertise. Today, i2D provides full-service dredging support, including management, engineering, estimating, environmental and geodata processing, in addition to research, development and innovation. As part of its R&D activities, i2D also develops in-house software-based tools.
Furthermore, i2D has gone from being a sole trader to a company with ISO certified quality, health, safety and environment management systems, which ensure continuous improvement, safe operations, as well as quality services and tools.
